I think of the mind, body, and spirit as an orchestra. In an orchestra, each instrument has a part to play and to create a melody instead of a cacophony, each instrument needs to be in tune, playing the same sheet of music. The same is true of our body, mind, and spirit. To be in a healing state, each body part, organ, system , mind, and spirit needs to be in tune individually and working together in harmony. And just as an orchestra has a conductor, the body, mind, and spirit sometimes needs guidance to play together optimally.
