With a lifelong interest in natural health, incorporating what some call "alternative" practices, I accept personal responsibility for my own health and well-being. Trained in Melt Method and Yoga, I am now Certified by Body Intuitive to offer this modality to you! Even with an auto-immune disorder triggered by emotional conflict, I still did not fully realize the influence emotions and mind-set have over the health of our bodies. This condition took about 3 years to teach me what I needed to know , while requiring use of strong immune-suppressant pharmaceuticals. While often necessary, drugs are not the path to causality or understanding. The messages from our own bodies lead the way!

Wenda Merz, before becoming a Certified Body Intuitive practitioner, has worked as a physical therapist. In 2000, Wenda became acquainted with energy medicine and found this to be a missing link she had been searching for.
